Non Exchangeable and Non-Refundable items

Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns and suppliers' requests, beauty items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

SHIPPING

- Any order placed from Monday to Thursday before 1 pm will be shipped the very day.
- Any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 1 pm will be shipped the next day.
- Any order placed from Friday, after 1 pm, to Sunday evening will be shipped the next Monday.
- Any order placed on national holidays will be shipped the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE`: Standard Shipping has no tracking number.
